OUR START
While training for a triathlon, Jim Donnelly began using cryotherapy for recovery. He loved how it felt but didn’t like the customer experience. He opened his own cryotherapy studio in Austin, TX to provide a fun, welcoming experience to clients.
2017
FRANCHISING BEGINS
Having proven the wellness concept of Restore in Austin, and to accelerate bringing it to more markets, the decision to franchise was made. The first franchise locations opened in Texas, Virginia, and Connecticut in 2017.
2020
ACCELERATED GROWTH
Entering the year with 34 locations, Restore is poised for accelerated growth. In 2020, Restore secured a strategic investment from Level 5 Capital Partners and hired its COO, CMO, and CTO.
2024
AND BEYOND
Restore is working with its partners to set the stage for scalability as we prepare to open 235+ locations by the end of 2024 to continue making Hyper Wellness more widely accessible, enabling people to do more of what they love.
